Are transactions on your site secure?
Yes! All transactions on our site are secure. In addition to protections offered by your credit card company, we have taken all necessary steps to provide maximum security on our site, including accepting and processing all orders in a Secured Socket Layer environment.
How long will it be before I receive my order?
Generally, orders shipped to destinations anywhere within the United States (including Puerto Rico) or Canada will arrive in about seven business days. If it takes longer than that, we'll let you know by e-mail.
What if I don't like the products I receive?
All the products we offer have been tested for quality, taste, and ease of preparation. In the unlikely event that you are not completely satisfied with your order, simply e-mail us for a Return Authorization Number, then return the unused portion of your order for a full refund. Unfortunately, because of the volume of business we handle, and because of the number of items we carry, we are unable to provide refunds without reference to a Return Authorization Number.
